Warranty

At Zeroforce we have highest confidence in our products to give you the supreme performance.

All ZEROFORCE PRODUCTS are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original owner only and is not transferable. The warranty is considered void if resold.

Bottom Brackets : Lifetime warranty for aluminum cup and shell and 3 years warranty for bearings.

This warranty is specifically limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product and will be at the sole discretion of Zeroforce – and no refunds will be given.

It is the sole responsibility of the product's user to inspect and examine the product on a regular basis for right maintenance.

Not covered under this warranty are the following:

Zeroforce products purchased from an unauthorized dealer.
This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, failure due to alteration, misuse, crash or impact, or products damaged due to improper installation/reinstallation, products used for any purpose other than the intended use and second hand purchased products.

Be sure to include both proof of purchase or your order number as well as a photo or video of your product and a description of how and why you are having an issue with the product.

All warranty cases will be determined only after review. Each case will be reviewed individually by a member of the Zeroforce team.
